Daily Relaxation Cost Column

This is the cost of relaxing the storage targets used in commitment optimization at the end of each day. Whether user-specified or determined by the month-ahead storage logic, the daily end content constraints can be relaxed at this cost. The default value is 1000000. To remove the possibility of relaxing the constraints, a value of -1 should be entered. To remove the targets completely so that Aurora is free to end each day at any content level, a value of 0 should be used.
