Optimize Annual Operation Column
This optional column is used to invoke the annual constrained dispatch logic to solve for the monthly storage operation in connection with the entire system. The column accepts the following inputs:

FALSE - the default value when the column is not present or NULL/blank. When the Monthly Target Contents and Daily Target Contents are not used, the storage ending contents at the end of each month will be the same and will be equal to the beginning contents.

TRUE - When this column is set to True, on the other hand, the ending contents for the Year will be equal to the beginning contents but other months can range anywhere from 0 to the maximum contents based on how the annual constrained dispatch solve dispatched the storage. With this method, if VOM costs are high enough that the unit does not run, then the storage contents will remain the same across the months, regardless of the fact that the column is set to True.
