Shaping Target Column
This column is a comma-delimited list of zones IDs whose price or demand, as determined by the Shaping Method column, are used for the shaping target. Prices are load-weighted averages of the zone price, and demand is an additive value for the demand in all the zones. This column is not used when Input Price are entered.
This column determines where the shaping method will be applied. You can list Zone IDs (separated by commas). In those zones, prices are load-weighted and used for the shaping target, or their additive demand is used for the shaping target. If it is left blank, the model will shape to the zone where the resource resides. For example, if the resource is in Zone B, the model will try to target the resources generation to the demand in Zone B, and try to schedule generations so that it helps to reduce peaks and flattens the load out as much as possible.
