Minute Column

The Minute column contains the minute of the day for which the data will be input for the study. The following intervals are allowed: 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 minute levels.
NOTE: Unlike the Time Series Hourly table where data is entered as "hour ending", this table is entered as "interval beginning". As such, the first minute of the day in this table is zero (0). For example, for 5 minute intervals values in the minute column would range from 0-55.
