Minimum Capacity Column

The Minimum Capacity column allows the user to specify the minimum dispatch capacity for non-cycling (commitment) and must run resources. This value is expressed as a percentage of resource capacity/capability, depending on the Outage Scale Method used.
NOTE: If the FUEL reference is specified for this variable the value in the Fuel Table will be applied.
NOTE: If a UBB Segment Size is specified, and the derated capability is less than the Minimum Capacity * Capacity * Capacity Monthly Shape, then the Minimum Capacity is applied after the UBB Segment Size is subtracted.
