Contingency Max Column
The contingent limit of the branch in the "to" bus to the "from" bus direction. This number can be different from the Nominal_Max if contingencies are defined and the branch is involved in a violation.
NOTE: The contingency limit used may be different from general flow limits and are governed by the Contingency_Limit setting.
