Constraint Shadow Column

When using the constrained dispatch option, this column represents the cumulative addition to dispatch cost associated with all constraints specified for a resource. It is derived from the constraint shadow prices produced by the constrained dispatch linear programming solution. (See also Constraint_Summary output table.) For emission constraints, the value will also be a function of emission rate and heat rate.
NOTE: The constrained dispatch logic (and thus, output to this column) will only be used if the Constraint input table is selected for the study and the Include emissions costs in dispatch switch is selected in the Dispatch and Demand folder of Simulation Options
