Net Exports Column (optional)

This optional column is used to specify net exports for bulk area transfers. The column only applies to study areas (Solution Method column = OPF), and explicitly defines net exports for the aggregate area and forces generators to run at area demand + net exports. Each aggregate area will have its own constraint. Setting this column to 0 will explicitly define net exports as 0, essentially enforcing a supply/demand constraint for the area.
The following area level constraint will be used in the nodal optimization:
Generation for Agg. Area = [Demand for Agg. Area] + [Net Exports for Agg. Area]
