Load Distribution Factor Column

Column Type = Number

The Load Distribution Factor column can be used to control how much of the zonal demand for an Aggregate Area is allocated to a specific loadflow area. If this column is blank, the share of zonal Aggregate Area demand allocated to a specific loadflow area is the ratio of the area base demand to the base loadflow demand for all areas in the Aggregate Area.  If the column is not blank, the value will be used directly as the share of Aggregate Area load allocated to the area.

NOTE: If the Bus Load Definition table is used to determine the zonal load passed through to a given loadflow area (or to specific buses within the loadflow area), the specification in the Bus Load Definition will potentially override the values entered in this column.

NOTE: Inputs can be specified for any time period (annual, monthly, weekly, hourly or sub-hourly). For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
