Eligible for Island Slack Bus Column

If the Allow Multiple Islands in Base Network switch is turned on, and no slack buses are specified for an island, Aurora will automatically select a slack bus. This column is used to restrict a particular bus from being slack bus.
NOTE: This column is only used when the Allow Multiple Islands in Base Network option is selected.
