The real levelized net present value for the current resource for the iteration expressed in $000 per MW. The values are used in the decision logic for the timing of resource additions. For each long-term iteration, nominal resource valuations are computed continuously for all existing resources and candidate new resources for their potential operational time windows across the study horizon. The resulting annual valuation time series are discounted to the study economic base year using study nominal discount factors. These present values are then levelized using the real discount rate over the potential in-service window for the unit, and divided by the average capacity for the unit in that window to derive the value reported here.
