Shadow_Price Column

This gives the shadow price on the zonal link for the time period. It represents the estimated reduction in total system cost that would be achieved by allowing one more MW to flow on the zone-to-zone link. When more than one area-to-area link makes up the zonal transfer limit, the shadow price reported will be based on the area link with the highest wheeling charge. The shadow price will always be zero when the zonal link is not fully congested.
