The calculated shift factor coefficient relating the current bus to the specified element.
In the case where Element Type is a contingent branch this value corresponds to the constraint coefficient used for calculating the contribution to LMP as opposed to the straight shift factor. The contingency constraint will take into account both the original shift factor on the line and the net effect of the LODFs.
