This table contains information identifying the zonal resources that were not matched to a corresponding nodal generator.
The table will not include:

Resources in aggregate areas not on OPF

Resources that are not in service during the study period (e.g. retired units or those still under construction)

Resources that have zero capacity (typically retired or mothballed units)

Demand curtailment units
