Thermal_Output_Total Column
Units = MWh
This column contains the total thermal output in MWh for the time period. This energy quantity divided by the number of hours in the time period should equal the average MW reported in the corresponding Thermal_Output column. A resource is defined as thermal if it is not a hydro, storage, DSM, demand curtailment, or RPS-flagged resource.
