The total VOM cost reporting for all time variables (i.e., annually, monthly, hourly, and sub-hourly) in the study.
Attempting to verify the sum of resource fuel costs by comparing them to the pool VOM costs may cause discrepancies if some resources use heat rate segments. In such cases, VOM costs may not match because resources with heat rate segments may be double-counted.
NOTE: Heat rate segments are also displayed separately in the resource output table for reporting purposes. This may contribute to the variance between total fuel and VOM costs in the zone/pool and resource output tables.
