Percent_Marginal Column
The percentage of the time period the group is on the margin. A group is on the margin for a particular hour if one or more resources in the group are on the margin (in its respective zone) in that hour.
NOTE: “Marginal Resource” is a zonal-level computation and resource groups can contain resources in different zones. However, this number will not be greater than 100 for a particular resource group.
