Net_Heat_Rate Column
Units = Btu/kWh
On an hourly basis for a Unit, this column shows the net heat rate for the resource at the reported dispatch level. If the unit is not running, no data will be reported. For a Segment, this shows the net heat rate of the unit up to (and including) the segment. If the segment is not running, no data will be reported.
For commitment units the Committed Heat Rate is only applied to the dispatchable portion of the resource, thus it is possible for this value to report the Heat Rate at Minimum when the units is as Minimum Capacity.
NOTE: This column is not reported for storage units (Fuel with Fuel Type = Storage or PS).
