This reports the total variable cost incurred from the input Charging Cost column in the Storage table when the storage resource is charging. This value is included in the total Variable OM Cost output. It does not include the cost of charging when that cost is input through the Variable O&M, Var Cost Mod1, or Var Cost Mod2 columns.
