Storage_Charge_Dis Column
Units = Average MW
The average net energy consumed or generated through charge or discharge of all storage units in the zone for the time period. A positive value indicates net energy used for charging; a negative value indicates net generation. This will not include storage resources which are in a Storage Group with Report As Demand set to True.
