Segment Aggregation Level
This setting determines how resources with multiple segments will be handled in the commitment solve.
It is a way to get speed improvement for the commitment solve with a slight decrease in precision. All resource segments will be handled as normal in the actual dispatch; this setting is only for the commitment decision. The following options are available for Segment Aggregation Level:

None - all segments are fully represented (most precise and slowest)

Low - adjacent pairs of segments are merged together by summing the capability and weighting their incremental costs

Medium - each set of three segments is merged together by summing the capability and weighting the incremental costs

High - each resource is represented with one segment in addition to the minimum capacity (fastest and least precise)
