Outage Write/Read Location
These fields are used to read/write a binary file with the random outage patterns from one simulation so that they can be used to lock in an outage pattern independent of the commitment pattern. When a valid path is specified for the Write Location, Aurora records the outage patterns for all resources that are on random outage. Those patterns can then be used in a subsequent simulation when that file is specified as a Read file.
Both options are only available with the Convergent or Frequency Duration Outage methods.
