Description:	Method used to value or constrain end-of-period energy.

Battery End Effects Method is the Battery equivalent of Storage End Effects Method, where the final energy of each simulation step are valued or constrained in the optimization. The switch can take these values:

Free (value = 1)

The energy is set freely by the optimization i.e. no additional constraints or values are applied.

Recycle (value = 2)

The energy is constrained equal to the Initial SoC and recycle back to the beginning of the optimization step. This option adds a constraint to the simulation.
