MT Schedule New Entry Driver

MT Schedule New Entry Driver controls the automatic capacity expansion algorithm described in the MT Schedule topic.

This setting can take the following values:

None (value = 0): No automated capacity expansion will be performed. Discrete capacity expansion will still occur based on user-defined changes in the Generator Units property.
Reliability Only (value = 1): Sufficient capacity will be added to maintain capacity reserves at or above the Region Min Capacity Reserves or Min Capacity Reserve Margin.
Reliability and/or Entrepreneurial (value = 2): Minimum capacity reserves will be met, but other expansion may be made if profitable.
Entrepreneurial Only (value = 3): Expansion will occur only if profitable. Capacity reserve requirements are ignored.
