Description:	Flow through the node

Node Flow is the total energy flow through the node and is equal to:

Flow = Load + (i ∈ Exporting Lines) (Line_iFlow) + (i ∈ Importing Lines) (Line_iFlow Back) + (i ∈ Markets) (Market_iSales)

Node Flow = σ generation entering the node = σ generation leaving the node. No losses are modelled.

A limit can be placed on the flow through the node with the Rating property.
