Description:	Resolution of input gas demands

Production Gas Demand Resolution controls the resolution of Gas Demand and Gas Bid Quantity.

The setting can take these values:

Interval (value = 0)

Entered Demand and Bid Quantities are for each interval as specified in Horizon Interval Length.

Hourly (value = 1)

Entered Demand and Bid Quantities are for each hour.

Daily (value = 2)

Entered Demand and Bid Quantities are for each day.

Additionally, the Gas Demand Resolution will affect the resolution of the Gas Storage Injection Ratchet and Withdrawal Ratchet properties, as described in their articles.
