Region Customer Load is the Load served to customers and is defined as:

If Load Metering Point is set to "Generator Terminal" then:

Customer Load = ∑ ( i ∈ Nodes ) ( Load_i - Pump Load_i - Demand Curtailed_i - Unserved Energy_i - Generator Auxiliary Use_i )

otherwise:

Customer Load = ∑ ( i ∈ Nodes ) ( Load_i - Pump Load_i - Demand Curtailed_i - Unserved Energy_i )
