Variable Step Hour Active From is the index of the first hour of each step the Variable is allowed to be active. This overrides any other activity-related property such as setting Profile. The range of hours over which the activity is allowed in each step is from Step Hour Active From until Step Hour Active From plus Step Hours Active minus one.
