Commitment Only Column
Column Type = Boolean
This optional column determines when the constraint will be active during the simulation. Valid inputs are True/1 and False/0, with the default value for NULL/blank of False. When set to True, the constraint will only be active in the commitment optimization solve, but not for the dispatch solve.
NOTE: This column is only used when Commitment Type = Commitment Optimization. If Commitment Type = Traditional the constraint will not be used at all.
