Aurora offers user-defined linear constraints to be added to the optimization problem that solves the dispatch (LP) and commitment (MIP), using the Custom Constraint and Custom Constraint Matrix tables.
Custom Constraint table: each line item represents one constraint and specifies the lower bound, upper bound, and relaxation properties.
Custom Constraint Matrix table: the variables with their associated coefficients are specified, so a single constraint will typically be defined with multiple records.
NOTE: When opened, this table will automatically show a filtered view based on the areas, zones, or pools which are running in the study system. Automatic Filters are overridden by the User Default Quick View, or can be turned off using the Project Options in the Options window.
NOTE: This logic is different than the traditional Constraint logic.
