Demand Reference Column

The Demand Reference column specifies a comma-delimited list of zones to determine the demand for the Limit when using the Demand Factor Limit to determine the limit based on demand.
Only use this when Constraint Type = LT Energy Min, and the final limit for each year will be equal to [Demand Factor Limit] * [Annual Zonal Demand in MWh] + [Limit].
This column is beneficial for defining RPS targets based on demand instead of a fixed value. Output from any Demand Side Management (DSM) new resources in the constraint counts as demand, not energy.
