Use Resource Bidding Column
Column Type = Boolean
This optional column controls whether the resource-level bidding assumptions or the segment-level bidding assumptions will be used for the segment.
- TRUE: If the value in this column is True, the model will use the Bidding Adder, Bidding Factor, and Bidding Shape from the Resources table for the segment instead of the values specified for the segment in the Heat Rate Definition table itself.

FALSE: When the value in this column is False, the model will use the values from the Heat Rate Definition table for the three bidding columns.
The default value is False when this column is NULL/blank or not present.
