Minimum Column
The Minimum column specifies the instantaneous minimum allowed for units using this hydro set. Allowable input values range from 0 to 1. The factors are applied to nameplate capacity times the availability for each hydro unit in this hydro set. If the hourly minimum generation limit input here forces more monthly energy generation than is indicated by the data in the Hydro Monthly table, it will automatically be relaxed to a value that is consistent with the monthly energy.
