Base Unit Column
Column Type = Number
The Base Unit column is used to enter the ID of an existing unit from the Resources table when identifying the new resource as a retrofit. The Retrofit column must also be present and set to TRUE to apply the retrofit logic.
NOTE: Various inputs can have an input of BASE to reference the Base Unit for that particular variable. The value in the Resources table for the base unit will be applied.
