Lower Bound Column
Column Type = Number
This column represents the minimum fraction of the resource which can be acquired in each portfolio. Valid entries are numbers between 0 and 1.
NOTE: When Allow Multiple Acquire Years is selected in the Portfolio Optimization folder of Simulation Options, the Lower Bound constraint for a particular option will be honored as of the last acquirable year for that item.
