RPS Column
Column Type = Boolean
This column is used to determine which resources contribute to the RPS target. Valid entries are True/False or 1/0. The RPS Constraint is assigned in the Portfolio Optimization folder (under Optimization Constraints) of Simulation Options. Time Series values are currently not allowed.
