Annual Min Column

This column is used to specify the annual minimum number of new technology resource types that actually go into the group during the entire capacity expansion study period. The logic is activated by assigning the ID/Number from this table to New Resource table records in the Resource Group column. This value should not exceed the Overall Min column and will be automatically reduced to the Overall Min.
NOTE: All time series references to an annual vector ID must contain the yr_ prefix. For more information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
