Emission Rate ID Column

The Emission Rate ID column is a reference pointing to the ID Column in the Emission Rate Table. This column will only be used according to inclusion or exclusion of the Emission Rate and Emission Price tables in the study.

NOTE: If a resource with Accounting Emission Rates defined participates in an Emission Constraint, the accounting emission rates will be used for the constraint.
