Maximum Value Column

The optional Maximum Value column acts as a cap for the Risk_Factor that is determined through the random number generation process and is applied to the inputs. This column, along with the Minimum Value column, is used to limit extreme risk draws without having to preprocess them all up front. A risk factor draw that exceeds the cap is set to the Maximum Value limit, it is not redrawn.
