Minimum Value Column

The optional Minimum Value column acts as a floor for the Risk_Factor that is determined through the random number generation process and is applied to the inputs. This column, along with the Maximum Value column, is used to limit extreme risk draws without having to preprocess them all up front. A risk factor draw that is outside the floor values is set to the Minimum Value limit, it is not redrawn.
