Capacity Obligation Scaling Factor Column (Optional)

The Capacity Obligation Scaling Factor column is used in conjunction with the Capacity Obligation Peak Months column as a multiplier on the Capacity_Obligation value. Additional factors can be used by adding the columns Capacity Obligation Scaling Factor 1, Capacity Obligation Scaling Factor 2, etc. If the field is NULL (or this column is not present), the value will default to 1.
