Use Net Demand in Preforecast Column (Optional)
Column Type = Boolean
When set to True this optional column informs the model to use demand net of must run (instead of the original demand) in the preforecast calculations for commitment and storage scheduling. It may be desirable when a lot of volatile must run energy is on the system such as wind and solar units with hourly scheduled patterns.
