Prerequisite Retirement ID Column

This column is used to constrain the retirement of a given resource to happen only after the retirement of one or more other resources. The input is a comma-delimited list of Resource IDs, which must retire before or at the same time as this Resource. For example, if Resource A references Resource B in the Prerequisite Retirement ID column, then Resource A's retirement date cannot be before Resource B's retirement date as decided by the LT capacity expansion logic.
NOTE: This column requires the MIP Method for Long-Term studies, and will not be used with Traditional method.
