Non Cycling Column
Units = Percent (%)
This column displays the Non Cycling premium entered in the Resources input table for the generating unit. The non-cycling value specifies the market premium, expressed as a percent above cost, required to commit the resource for operation. Once the unit is committed it remains running, dispatching at least the Minimum Capacity of the resource for the Min Up Time period.
