Ignore Contingencies in Commitment Column (optional)
Column Type = Boolean
This optional column is used to control whether contingency constraints are used in solving the unit commitment for the region the aggregate area is assigned to. When set to True this may improve run time for the commitment solve (at the expense of some loss in precision) but it may be desirable for 2nd or 3rd tier regions that aren’t the primary focus of a study. The column defaults to False, and the same value should be specified for all aggregate areas in the same region.
NOTE: This column is only used with Commitment Optimization and when Solve Representation = Region.
