From Bus Number Column

The From Bus Number column defines number of the “from" bus for the line or transformer indicated. The value must be consistent with the FromBusNum column in the LoadFlow_Branch or LoadFlow_Transformer tables of the Network Definition Dataset used for the study.
Multi-section branches can be specified as contingent elements using the Circuit ID “&1”.
