The To Bus Number column defines the number of the “to" bus for the line or transformer indicated. The value must be consistent with the BusNumber column in the LoadFlow_Bus table of the Network Definition Dataset used for the study.
Multi-section branches can be specified as contingent elements using the Circuit ID “&1”.
