From Bus Number Column

The From Bus Number column defines number of the “from" bus for the line or transformer indicated. The value must be consistent with the FromBusNum column in the LoadFlow_Branch or LoadFlow_Transformer tables of the Network Definition Dataset used for the study.
NOTE: An entry of -999 signifies that the opposing terminal is on a bus not modeled in the current run. If only one active bus is in an area on OPF, the model will assume that there are no congestion/pricing issues on the opposing terminal.
