DC Lines Table
The DC Lines table is used for a couple of purposes. It can be used to designate DC Lines not represented in the Nodal Case Input Files and to specify the MW transfer to take place on those lines. It can also be used to override limits in the Loadflow_DCTerms table to schedule flow across existing phase shifters or DC lines.
