Contingency Flow Limit Column (Optional)

This optional column is used to override the underlying contingency flow limit in the Network Definition Dataset for specific branches. If the resolved value is negative, then the model will default to the base value in the network definition dataset. Note that this value may be potentially overridden for specific contingencies if a contingent limit for the branch is specified in the Contingency Table.
NOTE: Inputs can be specified for any time period (annual, monthly, weekly, hourly or sub-hourly). For information on how to specify a time series for a variable, see Entering a Time Series.
